2013 RAV4 Earns Top Safety Rating from IIHS

The all-new 2013 RAV4 earned the highest safety rating from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety. The 2013 RAV4 earned a "Good" rating "in the agency's moderate overlap front, side, rollover and rear crash tests."

A big improvement is in the RAV4's roof strength. The 2013 model withstood five times it's weight.

"The RAV4 has been a crossover for families, in big part because of its safety features," said Ted Klarich, general sales manager of Burien Toyota. "The 2013 RAV4 is even safer than previous models.
