2019 J.D. Power Vehicle Dependability Study

For the eighth year in a row, Lexus is the highest-ranking nameplate in the J.D. Power U.S. Vehicle Dependability Study, while Toyota slides into the No. 2 spot in a tie. In addition, Lexus ES (compact premium car) and GX (midsize premium SUV) top their categories, as do Toyota Camry (midsize car) and Tundra (large light duty pickup), giving the automaker a total of six awards – more than any other.
